I can never get enough photos of all the colors of the trees as they transform in a thing of beauty. It takes my breath away. We know it is a scientific thing – lack of chlorophyll as the weather gets cooler at night and warm during the day. It’s still fascinating and wondrous!
Here are some photos I recently snapped of the colors while on a recent walk with my husband around the neighborhood. The trees are still not at their peak. But I will send more as they reach their full glory.

I enjoy this time of year so much but know that all good things must come to an end. The trees will soon lose all their gorgeous colors and be stripped bare throughout the long, cold, snowy winter. Sigh! Of course I have to admit that I love the first snowfall and watching the flakes come down in all kinds of patterns. Each one is unique. I have on occasion tested this out by catching the snowflakes on my palm and looking at them closely before they melt. They are indeed all different in an amazing way.
It’s almost impossible to snap photos of them since they disappear so quickly into a puddle. But I might try it one day. Ha!
I hope you enjoyed my photos and come back again real soon. Thank you for stopping by to read this post. I appreciate your kind support of my blog and books and for any reviews you post wherever you purchase my books.
Enjoy each day as if it were your last. Love your family and friends, be kind to others and be the best you can be. That is all that is expected of us while we are here on this earth.
