Watch for New Children's Book Coming from Jemsbooks!

Here at Jemsbooks we are busy creating more entertaining books for children of all ages. My husband, John/illustrator/cover creator extraordinaire, is working avidly now on Book 2 of the Drystan the Dragon and Friends Series!

These books are fun adventures for children ages – 0-8, PS-Grade 3. Children will be actively engaged as they read or are read to by others. They will learn valuable life lessons from these books as well as from all Jemsbooks.

Drystan the Dragon books are about different brilliantly colored dragons who all have names beginning with the letter ‘D’. Children will have fun learning colors and the letter ‘D’ and laugh at the antics of these dragons.

Here is the first book in the series that is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Blurb:

This is a magical series about Drystan the dragon and his friends. These dragons are colorful, engaging and fun to read about. They teach children the importance of friendship, caring for one another, being kind to others, and it’s okay to be different. All dragons are of different colors and their names begin with the letter ‘D’ – a fun way for young children to learn the letter ‘D’ and colors.
In Book 1 Drystan makes a new friend, Durward, who invites him to visit the Land of the Rainbows. While they are there they have an adventure. Find out what the dragons do to save the day.

Book Reviews on Amazon:

Michelle Clements James5.0 out of 5 stars Wholesome entertainment for young children.Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2020Format: Kindle EditionDrystan and his new friend, Durward, are off to have an adventure, but along the way, they stop to help some little birds. Who doesn’t love dragons! And they come in different colors! Drystan is red and Durward is blue. Find out what happens when the dragons are happy. Why are they flying to the Land of Rainbows? This story is about the importance of having friends and helping others. It is a wonderful tale written in rhyme that will appeal to young children, whether they are read to or able to read themselves. Janice Spina has clearly remained true to her belief that books for children should be wholesome and teach life lessons. The book is colorfully illustrated by her husband, John Spina. I highly recommend Drystan the Dragon and Friends Series, Book 1 Drystan and Durward Save the Day.
I received a free copy of this book from the author and reviewed it without compensation.

Sara1235.0 out of 5 stars Dragons to the Rescue!Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2020Format: Paperback”Drystan the Dragon and Friends” is author Janice Spina’s new series of fun children’s books.

In the first volume, “Drystan and Durward Save the Day,” Drystan, the main character, meets a new friend and together they go on an adventure. Though the red and blue dragons had a destination in mind, they altered their trip to help those in need. This lovely story with its good message is enhanced by colorful illustrations drawn by the author’s husband, John Spina. The Spinas’ successful collaboration is highly recommended.

Give your children the gift of reading by bringing home this magical and mystical series of Drystan the Dragon and Friends! Your children will thank you and you will feel good about what they are reading. Have fun reading about Drystan!

I feel pure joy writing for children and hope with God’s help and blessing to continue to write many more fun adventures for children to read and enjoy. I do enjoy writing for MG/PT/YA and 18+ too!

Please leave a review for books you love wherever you purchased them. We authors will love you back and appreciate your efforts to share our work. Word of mouth is the best way to spread word about a book.
