Working on Book 5 of Abby & Holly Series for MG/PT/YA!

Keeping busy is what we all need to do until this pandemic settles down and things go back to normal. How long will this take? Who knows? But in the meantime I am doing a lot of promos with AllAuthor.com, Theodocia McLean and on my own through blogging, emails and social media.

I think it’s important to keep relevant in today’s world by writing daily, keeping in touch by blogging, social media. It’s also safer to be away from crowds until we know things are safe healthwise for us and our families.

I’m presently working on my current project, Book 5 of Abby & Holly Series. It’s a fun mystery series with ghosts, a haunted house, secret passageways, time travel, friendship and family. It carries important life lessons of loving and caring for others, family and friends are important, think of others before oneself and believe in yourself.

This series for MG/PT/YA is a joy to write. It makes me feel like a kid again! It’s being enjoyed by both girls and boys and adults too. These books have won three Pinnacle Book Achievement Awards and a Readers’ Favorite Book Award – Bronze Medal.

Here are the four books that are available now on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Watch for Book 5 coming out later this summer.

Begin reading this series with Book 1, Abby & Holly School Dance above. This series was introduced in Book 5 of Davey & Derek Junior Detectives. This book explains more in detail about the ghosts in the Victorian. Read this one to get a feel for the characters, Abby and Holly. Book 5 The Case of the Sad Mischievous Ghost is below at Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

These books will keep your MG/PT/YA engaged as they read about fun adventures, mysteries, ghosts, a haunted house, magic and valuable life lessons about being kind and caring toward others, family and friends are important, respect parents and others, and be the best you can be.

Well, I guess I explained enough about these books for now. I must get back to writing Book 5 of Abby & Holly. The characters are pulling me back and want to tell their story.

I am a pantser when I write as I have mentioned before. I can pick up the story even if I have been away for a long time. The characters take over and push and prod me forward until they get their story told through my fingers. It is an exhilarating feeling to write not knowing where the story is going until the end. It’s always a surprise to me when they tell me the ending. I have at times reined them in when they went to far without my approval. Ha!

I feel pure joy writing for children and hope with God’s help and blessing to continue to write many more fun adventures for children to read and enjoy. I do enjoy writing for MG/PT/YA and 18+ too!

Please leave a review for books you love wherever you purchased them. We authors will love you back and appreciate your efforts to share our work. Word of mouth is the best way to spread word about a book.

Blessings & Hugs! Stay Safe, Stay Well and God Bless!

Good for you to keep writing. It is the best thing for us to do. Kids need books like yours to provide a means of escape from the world’s unsettling news and to know that good always wins out in the end. Your books are a gift to young folks. Keep at it.
