Happy Mother’s Day! Blessings to all Mothers out there!

Here is a post I have sent in the past and wanted to share again since it says it all for Mothers everywhere. God bless all mothers on their special day!

I don’t know what my kids plan for Mother’s Day yet but hope to hear from them soon. My husband and I plan to see a play and go out to dinner on Saturday and leave Sunday open for the kids.

A handmade Mother's Day card featuring a large pink flower at the top, decorative hearts in various colors, and the message 'HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!' written in black. It includes a personal note signed 'Love, Leah and Sebastian'.

I hope all mothers out there have a wonderful day. It’s your day – may all your loved ones make it special in every way!

Each Mother’s Day I miss my mother even more. I wrote this poem many years ago and it says everything about her and how special she was.

It is never easy losing a loved one but they will always be with us in our hearts and memories. Some days I still talk to my mother when I have something important to share. I’m sure she is listening to me and smiling. Each time I eat something that she especially loved, I enjoy it even more as I offer it up to her. She loved her desserts, I not so much but I will have some just for her from time to time.

Happy Mother’s Day, Mom!

By Janice Spina

You were always there for me

To guide and pave the way.

You bandaged my scraped knees.

You hugged and kissed the hurt away.

You listened when I needed an ear

To solve a problem you were always there.

You taught me right from wrong

and soothed me to sleep with a sweet song.

When I was sick you stroked my fevered brow.

and slept by my side as long as time would allow.

You have been gone now for many a year

but in my heart I hold you forever near.

I miss and think of you every single day.

But I know I will join you when our Lord calls me His way.

Roses I received for other occasions from my husband to share with all mothers!

Here are some roses for all the lovely, hard-working, dedicated mothers out there. Please accept them with my love. Take care, stay safe and well. May your family shower you with love and appreciation for all that you do for them and definitely deserve.
