A New Children’s Book is coming from Jemsbooks! Here is the cover reveal!

If your children need a new book for reading at bedtime or any time, here is the book you have been waiting for! I was in the middle of Book 2 in my fantasy series when I stumbled, yes stumbled across some short stories I had written several years ago for a short story collection. Since they were too young and simple for adults to read, I put them aside and just discover them.

This was the time to put them together into a book for children ages 5-7+. There are six stories in this book each about an animal or other creature. They carry valuable life lessons as do all my children’s books. The only differences are they re not in rhyme and there are six illustrations, only one illustration per story at the beginning of each chapter created by my husband, John. The price is the same as other books but you are getting five more stories to enjoy. By putting one illustration for each story I was able to put in more stories for children to read.

The illustrations at the beginning of each chapter will create a picture for children so that they can imagine what the creatures in each story look like. These pictures that they form in their minds will blossom as each story progresses.

Here is the cover created by John once again. I think it springs to life and carries each story forth for children to see even before they open the book. I hope your children will love these stories and request them each night at bedtime or any time. If they do well, I plan to create more stories in this format for children.

Watch for this book coming in June 2022! Link to purchase coming soon!

I hope your children will love these stories as much as I enjoyed creating them. Children like to make believe from the time they can speak. Some even have imaginary friends. We should encourage our children to enjoy creating and having fun with make believe. It will help spark their creativity and enable them to find joy in reading.

Each story is about make believe. Nothing is real but something my mind imagined for your children to enjoy. Reading at bedtime is a perfect time for you and your children to spend together after a busy day. It is a way to put aside all the worries and cares of our lives and make believe together.

Thank you so much for stopping by to read this post. I hope you will check out this new book soon on Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Thank you for your kind support.
