Are you in the mood for a Mystery/Thriller/Suspense/Crime Novel?

Are you in the mood to read a novel that will hook you in from the first page and never let you go? You will forget about the laundry, dinner and the family (poor family). I should have put a warning on this book: WARNING: DETRIMENTAL TO YOUR HOUSEWORK AND FAMILY! If this is the kind of book you are looking for, then grab a copy of Hunting Mariah today.

I have heard from fans who could not stop reading this book and forgot all about dinner and their family. They put them on hold until they finished the book. Wow! I was thrilled to hear that but not about forgetting family.

This was the first novel I wrote after writing several books for children and middle-graders. It was quite shocking to write it and also for my readers who mentioned how surprised they were that I could write like this. It surprised me too.

As with a lot of my books this story came to me in a dream when my daughter was in college. There was mention of a rape on campus which frightened me half to death. I of course warned her as did the college security about walking around at night alone. My son also gave her his own warning for he had finished college the year before she began. He knew how dangerous it could be for young woman at night. He was as worried as I was about her. Thank God she did okay and always walked in groups everywhere she had to go and everyone was safe after that. No more reports of such problems.

JEMSBOOKS NOVELS FOR 18+ are available on Amazon as paperbacks and ebooks (Kindle) and Barnes & Noble as paperbacks.

An insane killer, obsessed with blood and death, seeks revenge with those he perceives wronged him. He is now on the loose. His next victim may be Mariah.

Mariah has lost her memory. Will she remember what has transpired in her past? Can Mariah escape this deadly killer’s grasp. Will she finally be safe? Will the killer be apprehended?

Once you finish reading Hunting Mariah move on to Mariah’s Revenge to finish the series. You will not be able to put the second book down either.

This book begins where the first book, Hunting Mariah, left off. This suspense/thriller/crime novel will keep you turning pages as the tension grows. There will be twists and turns and some surprises. Many of the same characters will be in play to give support and encouragement to Mariah along the way.

A new man comes into Mariah’s life that reminds her of someone she wants to forget. He threatens to bring back the horrors that she and her family once endured. While the one she wants to forget suffers from a horrendous attack that puts his life in jeopardy.
Mariah must draw on her strength and resilience to survive danger at every turn. How much more can Mariah endure? How far will Mariah go to protect her family?

This sequel came about after requests from readers to know more about Mariah. It was published in 2018 while the first book was published in 2014. In order to do justice to this sequel I had to read my first book again. I felt like a first time reader since it had been so long since I had gotten into the characters. It frightened me once again how cruel and unpredictable the serial killer was. Get prepared for a wild ride with both books!

Thank you so much for stopping by to read this post. I hope you will come back again soon. Thank you for your kind support of my books and blog and for all the reviews you may have poste wherever my books are sold.

Blessings & Hugs! Stay Safe, Stay Well and God Bless!
