My husband and I took an enjoyable walk around the neighborhood again in between the rainy and cooler days we have had recently. It was good to get out and about.
I began my day with a surprise double egg yolk looking up at me!
A surprise – a double yolk for breakfastto begin my day
I snapped several photos on a walk around the neighborhood. Though it was cloudy it didn’t rain yet.

A lone turkey
A lone sparrow on the feeder
Sparrows lining up to eat at feeder
We sat on our deck to rest after our walk. All the birds flew up to the roof to wait for us to leave so they could eat at the feeders. They were getting impatient so we went inside to let them feed in peace. They are beginning to think that the deck is theirs. Sigh!
I hope you enjoyed walking around my neighborhood with me. Thanks for stopping by.
Soon there will be more flowers to share with you. All my photos are copyrighted and cannot be used.

We are a few weeks ahead of you here, Janice – the trees are fully fledged in that bright, new spring green. There is a field of buttercups down the way and wildflowers if I take the wooded path back to our house. Thanks for a rewind of spring!
Gorgeous flowers, Janice. There is nothing more rejuvenating than a walk on a mild spring day. Trees and spring flowers are everywhere here – a balm for the soul. Love and hugs.
Thanks, Janice. We are all trying to focus on the positives of having had Tyler with us for 21 years, but it isn’t easy when our hearts are breaking. ❤️
