Ricky has been around as long as his friend, Louey the Lazy Elephant. I thought it was time to feature Ricky. He was feeling left out. Once he realized that I featured his pal Louey, he has been pestering me to feature him next. I couldn’t take another minute of his constant nagging – so here’s RICKY! You know how he can be – very rambunctious! Ha!

It’s unusual for the narrative to be set against a black background, but in the context of this story, it makes perfect sense, given that all the action takes place at night. I feel pure joy writing for children and hope with God’s help and blessing to continue to write many more fun adventures for children to read and enjoy. I do enjoy writing for MG/PT/YA and 18+ too!
My goal in writing for children is to encourage them to read daily to enhance their life through good health and increase their creativity. Please read to your children daily even after they can read by themselves. This is a wonderful time to bond, cuddle, and get closer to your children.
