AUTUMN IS ON ITS COLORFUL WAY!
Autumn or fall is my favorite time of year. Each fall I love to take long walks and snap photos of all the beauty around me. I will share some of the gorgeous colors and scenery that I have seen on my latest walks.
Fall is the time that we start to think of putting away all our summer furniture, close up the pools (I don’t have one but wish I did), clean the yards, and think about what else we need to do in this glorious weather ahead before the winter sets in.
This is the time to go apple or pumpkin picking, make delicious desserts, pies, crisps, apple cider, donuts and whatever we can to use up all the apples from the picking we did.
Soon Halloween will be here with all the ghosts, goblins, and things that go bump into the night. I enjoy decorating inside and outside the house to give it a fall festive feel. Say that three times fast!
Happy fall! Happy Halloween everyone! Stay safe, warm and have fun. Please be careful when you go Trick or Treating – wear reflective clothing or stripes on your costumes so cars will be able to see you. Always let parents check over all goodies in your bags before you eat anything, just to be safe. Only go to houses where you know the people.

I love autumn, Janice! Here in Florida we don’t have the changing of the leaves (one of the things I miss about living up north) but the weather is so mild and beautiful and everyone decorates in fall colors. Your pictures are beautiful. Happy Fall! Have a great weekend too! 😀 xx

Fall is my favorite time of the year too, Janice. I love the crisp, cool air, the gorgeous colors on the leaves, and the bright and (sometimes scary ) decorations I see around the neighborhood. Most of all, I love seeing all the children in their costumes trick or treating. Happy Fall!
I love all that too, Amy! We are away on Halloween so don’t see any kids. They don’t come to our neighborhood anyway. It’s s 55+ community. 😘🤗

Yes, it’s a lovely time of year. Winter is my favourite season though. Although, I can find something to enjoy in all four seasons.
I’d love to go all out with the decorating, but usually only end up setting up a few decorations.
