Like the saying goes ‘Be Careful What You Wish for!’ That is what this short story collection is about. It tells us to be careful because we never know what will happen when we wish for something.

It was fun to create this selection. I had no idea what I was going to write until I sat down at my laptop and let my muse lead the way. These stories came to me in a flash one after the other. I had to hold my breath for I wasn’t prepared for what transpired. The stories made me think long and hard about the next time I made a wish.

The more I write short stories the more I want to continue to create them for your reading enjoyment. They are quick and satisfying reads if you like stories with a twist and surprise. There are many times when I want to read something shorter especially after reading a long book of 500-600 pages. Sigh!
I find short stories enjoyable when I want something to read before I fall asleep at night but don’t want to get into something too long and complicated that I would forget when I woke the next morning. That has happened. Short stories are fun and fulfilling when you don’t want to get into something too deep. which could keep you from falling asleep.
