I want to introduce the newest additions to our saltwater fish tank. Introducing –
Dispar Anthias – commonly known as Madder Seaperch
Red Star Scooter Blenny
Carpenter’s Flasher Wrasse
Sand Sifting Starfish
Here are a few photos of the new fish. The only one I could not find was the Starfish. It buried himself in the sand. I will try to catch a photo of it when it surfaces.

I took these different angles of the fish tank trying to find the Scooter Blenny and the Starfish. I did find the Blenny in the middle photo above blended into its surroundings of rocks. Amazing! Can you see it? The darker orange fish is the Wrasse and the three gold ones are Dispars.
We hope these will be healthy and thrive in their new water world. We ordered these online and they were delivered overnight. I will keep you abreast about their health. Fingers crossed. Also, I will keep looking out for the Starfish. It has to come to the surface eventually. It’s doing what it is meant to do – sift through the sand! Haha!

Prayers for the life of your starfish!
Thanks. Still haven’t seen him. All the other fish are doing well though. He is buried in the sand. Maybe that is what he will does.
Keep us posted!
So nice to the saltwater tank again! It has been quite awhile since I have seen it. That Scooter Blenny sure is camouflaged well! I didn’t see it until I saw the close-up! Very nice.
Thanks, Michele. It’s interesting watching them in action. 🥰

Blennies are probably my favorite fish to observe. They are so entertaining, curious and quirky! I have tailspot blenny myself 😄
And wrasses are awesome too. Very active and intelligent. I have a yellow wrasse myself. He is awesome !
They are adorable and so quick when they scoot around. We had a beautiful wrasse but it died. We want to get another one next time. They are awesome and quick moving as they sweep through the water. Fascinating to watch! Enjoy your fish! Thanks for stopping by, Andrea. 🥰
