Football started and it is time again for homemade pizza by my husband, John. We enjoyed the first game of our team, the Patriot’s. Great way to begin their season with a WIN!
John makes delicious pizza and this one, I think, was his best ever! I had to snap some photos, of course, to share here.
They looked so beautiful, I had to snap these before they were baked photos.
My pizza had arugula, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and parmesan sprinkled on top.
John’s had mushrooms, roasted red peppers and mozzarella.
We have plenty of leftovers for lunches or snacks. I think this pizza was the best dough yet.

Just back from 2 weeks in Scotland, exhausted but quite a trip. We both lost weight.
We had pizza last night but not the delicious kind that John made. I like mine with mushrooms, green peppers and sausage.
Wonderful! I enjoyed Scotland, the Isles, seeing the ponies and meeting the lovely people! 🥰
And now we both have Covid!
