Spring Snowstorm!

Living in New England can be a challenge at times especially in early spring when we have a surprise snowstorm and lose power! This storm started last night 4/3/24 and will continue throughout the day 4/4/24 into 4/5/24. We are expected to get anywhere from 10-12 inches of snow and or rain.

I snapped these photos from inside the house since I didn’t dare venture go outside. Thank God we have a generator since we lost power at 7:00 am on 4/4/24 and did not get it back until after 4:00 pm that day. Our neighbors came over for the day since they did not have a generator so they could stay warm and get through this storm.

Here is a photo of our skylight that was covered with snow. It is starting to melt a little now and sliding off. First it was rain, then sleet and now into snow which has not stopped all day.

This is not surprising in NE to have a spring snowstorm. But it only makes us look forward to have a warmer beginning to spring and appreciate the good weather when it finally arrives. Sigh! We are hardy people because of this. I really don’t mind this weather too much as long as I don’t have to drive in it. We will survive.

I hope wherever you live you are enjoying some good weather and staying safe and warm.

Thank you so much for stopping by to read this post and for your kind and continued support. I hope you will enjoy this new book when it is published and that you have already read the first two books in the fantasy series.

Blessings & Hugs! Stay Safe, Stay Well and God Bless!

The good thing about a spring snowstorm is that it will not last long. It is already melting. We had up to or more than a foot of snow. Weather is going into 50’s and 60 this week. Thanks for stopping by. 🥰
