Fall is here! I’m Ready!

Fall is in the air! I can feel it and was in the mood to get the feeling in the house by decorating it with my autumn decorations. My husband and I did a quick job of it one day recently and sat back to enjoy them. It is so much easier to decorate for fall than it is for Christmas. That is quite a chore since we have too many decorations!

Here are some photos of what we did. Hope you like them, and they get you into the autumn mood too. Now if only the weather will cooperate. It has been raining with the threat of another hurricane and then warm air coming again. I am so ready for cool weather now.

Are you in the mood for fall now? If you don’t live in New England, then you do not know how beautiful our part of the USA is in the fall. This is the place to come for beautiful, breathtaking colors of the foliage, mountain views and lakes in abundance. It is magical to be here. Visit New England in the fall. The leaves are not showing too much yet and it will be a little while. I will share more of the colors as they begin to change and then at their peak of beauty.

I love fall, my favorite time of year. It is cooler, crisp and the smells in the air are different than in the summer. There is a new feel and and smell to the air which energies me to do some cleaning and clearing out of clutter.

There are pumpkins abound and soon ghosts and goblins when the children are out and about trick-or-treating on Halloween. Such fun for them but be careful of the ghosts and spooky things that are out at night!

I hope wherever you live that you are enjoying your weather and whatever season you are experiencing. Life is good!

Thank you for stopping by to read this post and for all your kind support!

Your place looks wonderful. I would love to visit New England in the fall. I have been to Ontario in the fall and it was gorgeous. Even in Spain, where it is still quite warm, I felt a bit of a chill in the air when I walked the dogs early this morning.

You are ready for fall, and everything looks beautiful. I must get my fall wreath up, but our rains have been non-stop.
