I can’t believe I am this old! Today is the day of my birth. Each day I am thankful that I am still here and able to move about with some ease and good health. I am 75 years young! I feel blessed to still be here!

Age is just a number. When I look in the mirror, I see someone I don’t know since I am still young in my heart and mind. That old person in the mirror can’t be me! I don’t feel that old!

I value each day that I have and will enjoy a lovely dinner of lobsters and steamers (my favorite) with my husband and some wine or sangria. I hope to see my children and grandchildren sometime this weekend too.
