A Review of Mission of Mercy: Branyrd the Angel Series Book 2!

What a wonderful review from BMGN! Thank you for this review, BMGN! As I always say, I never tire of reading reviews. Please keep them coming!! I think Branyrd is smiling now and fluttering her wings sending down good things our way!

Here is my link to view all my books on BMGN.

5-Stars for Mission of Mercy, Book Two in Branyrd the Angel Series.
In book one (The Misunderstood Angel), we learned Branyrd is a different kind of angel. She has earned Angel First Class and is given missions to travel to Earth to help humans in trouble. In this book Branyrd was assigned to help a battered woman and her child.
In book two (Mission of Mercy), Branyrd begins a second assignment to earth, accompanied by her Guardian Angel Benedicto, Angel First Class on High, who guides and advises her. The mission assignment is to help a homeless vet named Lucas, who suffers from PTSD, and his young son, Ezra.
As the story unfolds, it is fascinating to see what solutions Branyrd comes up with to solve a very serious homeless crisis. Branyrd must convince the community and those in authority that homelessness can be solved. She must get the businesses in the vicinity to buy into her plan. At the same time, she needs to convince the homeless population they are not powerless.
One of her first tasks is to meet with the city mayor. Each step forward is met with resistance from others. Her determination is fierce, and her Guardian Angel Benedicto is not far away, in case she needs his intervention. Will she be able to complete her task on time?
In both books, I am touched by Branyrd’s ability to form a special bond with humans. In heaven angels are unable to cry, but on earth they discover intense emotions. In book one it was hard for Branyrd to leave the humans she helped. Will her bond to Lucas, especially young Ezra, make it more difficult for her to leave earth when her mission is complete?

I encourage older teens and adults to read both books in this paranormal fantasy. Author J.E. (Janice) Spina is an amazing storyteller. Elements of each story are serious with real life scenarios, yet Janice weaves in a little humor and makes it easy to connect with all the characters. I am looking forward to the next installment in this series.
Author J.E. Spina aka Janice Spina is an award-winning author of books for all ages ranging from children to adults. She has 40+ published books and her husband John, is her illustrator and cover creator.
Editorial Review (Book Marketing Global Network)

This series came to me after watching the news one night about the problems caused by homelessness. Though I don’t have a magic solution to fix the problems I created a character that possibly could.

Branyrd came to life in this story and worked her magic on everyone she came into contact with besides solving the problems that no one else wanted to tackle. She never gave up until she came up with a solution to make life better for all those concerned.

There will be four books in this series unless Branyrd insists on sharing more. I hope you enjoy these stories and believe that there is a solution to every problem in our world today if we only had an Angel like Branyrd who cared enough to try.
