I am so excited to announce that my newest children’s book is now available in paperback on Amazon and soon to Barnes & Noble. Make Believe is Fun: Bedtime Stories for Children Series Book 2 is here! This book has six stories that carry important life lessons for children. I hope your children will love them and that they request them at bedtime or any time of the day. They are perfect for early readers too. Here are the two books in the series.

This is my 41st book published and I still feel as excited as with my first book when I see my book in print. It’s a thrilling feeling to see one’s work that took a lot of sweat and tears and a great deal of one’s heart and soul out in print! Well, not too much sweat or tears with this one as with others but I did put a big part of me into it. A couple of stories are dedications – one to my great nephew, Leo, and the other story was dedicated to two little boys I see in Aruba while on vacation each year. I had previously dedicated a book to these two boys’ older brother, Jesse, in the book Jesse the Precocious Polar Bear.

This is book 2 of the Bedtime Stories for Children Series. There are six tales with an illustration for each. Children will read about two squirrels, a turkey, a frog, a tree, a leopard and mouse, and a cat. These animal tales will delight children and become their favorite bedtime stories.

Each story carries life lessons that will help children understand about the importance of friendship, helping others in need, family, and it’s okay to be different.

I plan to write a couple two or more books in this series over this year and next. My husband created the illustrations for each story and also the lovely cover which will carry through to the other books with the characters popping out of the open book.
