Davey and Derek Donato are twins, but not identical, who love to play detective. They are always ready for adventure living in the sleepy little town of Lindon where nothing happens. The twins overhear about a sixth grader who lost her cell phone. The fifth grader twins kick into detective mode to solve their first case with the help of their friends, Mickey Catonni, aka cat. Things don’t seem to add up when a bully gets into the mix.

MG/PT/YA books are available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

My goal in writing for MG/PT/YA is to encourage all ages to read daily to enhance their creativity, increase their vocabulary and enable them to live healthier and happier lives. Keep reading and I will keep writing. Thank you! Happy Reading!

Hey teachers out there: Please check out these books on Amazon or BN today. I would love to hear what your students say about them. If your class reads and reviews these books, please send the reviews to me. I will post them here without last names of course. I will also put their names in a raffle to win a book of their choice in this series. I will give away one book to the lucky reader.

Several years ago, I visited my daughter’s fifth grade classroom. I talked about this series and read an excerpt, played a couple of games creating sentences and left them the first two books of the series for them to enjoy. Each year her students are picking up the books and reading them. After discussing my book with these students, I asked, “Who would like to be author?” I was quite surprised that four hands went up. I even managed to engage a student who never engaged in anything all year long. My daughter was shocked to see him take part in the activities I had for them. I know that some children do not like to read but having a giveaway may encourage and inspire them to write. I hope to hear from some of you hard-working teachers out there who need a hand inspiriting their students to read and write. Please contact me. I would love to help.

One student from my daughter’s classroom said, ‘I loved this book! It is the best book I ever read!’ Wow! I was thrilled to hear this review. I hope you will check out these books soon and get your children reading. Let’s bring up a generation of readers and thinkers! Thank you so much!

Thank you for stopping by to read this post. I hope you will come back again. You are always welcome! Keep reading and I will keep writing! Thank you also for your kind support of me and my books and blog. I couldn’t do all this without your help!

Blessings & Hugs! Stay Safe, Stay Well and God Bless!
