I wrote this book in memory of my daughter’s cat, Colby. He was quite a character. He loved to be outside and hunt. He would lovingly leave us mice, parts of other animals at our doorstep. He stayed out all night and sometimes was gone for days at a time. He would always return for a head rub and a meal. There were times that he would just snuggle up happily with my kids and sleep. This book will always keep his memory alive.
