I wrote this book and dedicated it to the memory of my daughter’s cat, Colby, who we had for nine years. He was a wild one that loved hunting and staying out all night, coming home only to say ‘hi’, grab a quick bite, get a scratch or pet and leave us a gift of a mouse or other efforts of his hunting prowess. Yuck! In this story I made him a kinder and more loving cat. He was loved and is missed. This book keeps his memory alive for us.
Colby will teach children to love and care for their siblings as he does and that family is important.
