New Book Cover Reveal – Drystan the Dragon and Friends Series, Book 2 is Now Here!

Each time I publish a new book I am giddy like a little kid! I am so excited to introduce this new book for children. This is Book 2 of the Drystan the Dragon and Friends Series, Damara Helps Drystan Find His Roar!

Here is the beautiful cover by my husband, John. He did a wonderful job on the cover and the illustrations. Children are going to be delighted with them. I hope they will laugh out loud at what Drystan gets into. I had fun writing this book and have written four more in the series. Watch for more books in this educational and magical series.

Each book will introduce a new dragon. In Book 2 there is a new dragon, Damara.

Here are the rhymes introducing the dragons from Books 1 & 2:

Drystan the Dragon and Friends Series, Book 2
Damara Helps Drystan Find His Roar

Blurb:

This is the second book in the magical series about Drystan the dragon and his friends. These dragons are colorful, engaging and fun to read about. They teach children the importance of friendship, caring for one another, being kind to others, and it’s okay to be different. All dragons are of different colors and their names begin with the letter ‘D’ – a fun way for young children to learn the letter ‘D’ and colors.

In Book 2 a new dragon is introduced – Damara, a different dragon who does things her own way. As she is traveling by one day she spies a dragon, Drystan, in distress. She flies down to see what is wrong.  It appears that Drystan has lost his roar. What caused Drystan to lose his roar? Can Damara help him get it back? Read this book in rhyme for a comical story that will delight your children. Watch for more books in this mystical series.

This series is educational for children who are learning their letters and colors. They will have fun learning all the dragons’ names that begin with the letter ‘D’ and what color of each one is. The books are written in rhyme with life lessons that encourage children to be kind, caring and respectful of others, to understand that being different is okay, help others in need and friends are important.

Here is the first book in this series available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

In Book 1 Drystan makes a new friend, Durward, who invites him to visit the Land of the Rainbows. While they are there they have an adventure. Find out what the dragons do to save the day.

I feel pure joy writing for children and hope with God’s help and blessing to continue to write many more fun adventures for children to read and enjoy. I do enjoy writing for MG/PT/YA and 18+ too!
