New Reviews of Drystan the Dragon and Friends Series, Book 1!

I am thrilled to receive these reviews of my newest children’s book, Drystan the Dragon and Friends Series, Book 1.

Blurb:

This is a magical series about Drystan the dragon and his friends. These dragons are colorful, engaging and fun to read about. They teach children the importance of friendship, caring for one another, being kind to others, and it’s okay to be different. All dragons are of different colors and their names begin with the letter ‘D’ – a fun way for young children to learn the letter ‘D’ and colors.
In Book 1 Drystan makes a few friend, Durward, who invites him to visit the Land of the Rainbows. While they are there they have an adventure. Find out what the dragons do to save the day.

They’ll love reading or hearing about two dragon friends who go on an adventure. Readers will meet Drystan, a bright red dragon and his new friend, Durward, who is blue. What happens to Durward when he’s excited? What do the dragons do on their adventure? They have an opportunity to be heroes by helping a group of little birds. There is no doubt children will love this tale and want to read it again and again. They are sure to enjoy the colorful illustrations by Janice’s as well.. Highly recommended. * I received a free copy from the author and chose to review it without compensation.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dragons to the Rescue!Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2020Format: Paperback”Drystan the Dragon and Friends” is author Janice Spina’s new series of fun children’s books.

In the first volume, “Drystan and Durward Save the Day,” Drystan, the main character, meets a new friend and together they go on an adventure. Though the red and blue dragons had a destination in mind, they altered their trip to help those in need. This lovely story with its good message is enhanced by colorful illustrations drawn by the author’s husband, John Spina. The Spinas’ successful collaboration is highly recommended.

There will be five more books in this series coming over the next year or so. I hope children will enjoy this colorfully illustrated series and learn valuable life lessons as they have fun reading the rhyming prose. All children love dragons!

Thank you for stopping by to read this post. I hope you will check out this new book if you haven’t already. Your reviews are welcome and much appreciated! Thank you so much!

Blessings & Hugs!
