Wishing You All a Blessed and Merry Christmas from Our House to Yours!

I wrote this poem in 2018 to commemorate this blessed and magical season. It conveys my feelings of joy, peace and love toward our fellow man or woman.

I have also shared some of our decorations for this Christmas with you.

Ceramic Christmas Tree made by my mother many years ago. I treasure this tree.
Merry Christmas from our house to yours!

Christmas is the birthday of our Lord

our Savior, our God.

Christmas is a time to give more than receive.

Christmas is a time to pray and in Him believe.

Christmas is a time to spread love and cheer

to all those who need it whether far or near.

Christmas is a time to gather with family and friends.

Christmas is a time to put grievances and strive to an end.

Christmas is a time to remember those who have given their lives to serve.

Christmas is a time to say we all need love and a happy life we all deserve.

May you all have a wonderful and blessed holiday!

!2 Days of Christmas created by Charlotte Hoather

The above framed drawings of the 12 Days of Christmas was created by Charlotte Hoather, soprano extraordinaire. I won these lovely drawings in 2014 in a contest that Charlotte had on her site. Go here to read about this. I keep it up all year round because it is so beautiful! I had it framed at Michael’s Crafts in Manchester, NH. They did a fabulous job.

My Christmas Cactus has been flowering since Thanksgiving! It is the most glorious ever this year! It is two plants that were married from my plant and my mother’s. This one is the baby from the original mother plant below.
Christmas Cactus mother plant (A combination of my plant and my other’s) which has been cut back a little when it was not doing well. Still hanging in there since my mother’s passing in 2003.
