Vacation in Aruba Almost Over!!

View from our third week on the 14th floor of the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

It has been a wonderful vacation in Aruba – three weeks, and it’s not over yet! We are enjoying the last few days lazing around on the beach, swimming in the balmy Caribbean, and eating the delicious fresh catch of the day nearly every day. There are other choices on the menus – chicken, beef, pork and pasta dishes.

Many views of Aruba and sunsets too!

Some silly selfies – it always takes many shots before we get one good one!

Fun times with great friends and good food! Thank you to all the wonderful friends we have met and continue to see every year we are in Aruba. They make our vacation here special! Bless you all! We will miss you but look forward to seeing you again next year!

I promise to publish one more post before we leave Aruba – our home away from home. I will have more food, scenery and friends to share.

There will be plenty more photos to share once I get home. My husband took plenty of the beach on our 3-5 miles walks each day. I will post about them later.

It has been a memorable trip soaking up all the warmth that will stay with us long after we arrive home (I hope because it’s cold back home!).

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed my posts about beautiful Aruba – One Happy Island! May all your dreams come true whenever you live! Wishing you much joy and good health in your life!

What a lovely long vacation you’re having. I’ve always heard Aruba called “the jewel of the Caribbean.” It certainly appears it could fit that title. Thanks for sharing your trip with us and enjoy your remaining island time! 🙂

Janice, thank you for bringing some of this beautiful island to us all – it looks stunning and I’m taken with the turquoise of the ocean. Ethereal aura to it! You are quite the selfie expert – these all look great and you look so relaxed and happy. As for the food, delicious fare and now I’m hungry…off to the kitchen for a snack! 😀 Enjoy the remainder of your holiday. ❤️
