Lest We Forget – September 11th!

Wherever you were on that tragic day,

You will never forget the horror.

You will never forget the sorrow.

You will never forget the pain.

You will never forget the loss.

You will never forget the grief.

You will never forget the first responders.

You will never forget the angels

Who were there to hold hands,

Comfort broken hearts,

Wipe away tears.

We are strong together!

Keep all those lost and those that must go on in your prayers!

    A lovely remembrance, Janice. That day is permanently etched in my mind. I still feel the sensation of my heart being ripped out, of a tremendous anger, the deepest sadness, the horrific realization of this evil unleashed. It was the beginning of a new era, certainly for the US, but for the whole world.
