Good advice – and why our kids drank milk. I like soda – the diet kind, but cola wreaks havoc with my stomach so I usually have ginger ale, if not water!

It was a wonderful and informative article by Sally G. Cronin that I wanted to share. Everyone should know about these dangers. Good for your kids to have milk! Smart Mom! Thanks for stopping by, Noelle! Hugs!

  3. Very good to know! thanks for sharing this!

  4. I’ve always drunk milk and plain water but my brother is a Pepsi Max fiend, hopefully he drinks enough milk and water still to negate some of these effects.

Good for you! I like water the best but my husband likes his soda. He just quit drinking it recently, thank goodness. Stay well, my friend! Blessings & hugs!
