This newsletter is a way to let you know what is new to JemsBooks.

It was a busy and productive year with plenty of writing, reading, reviewing, and blogging.

Each month I read between 7-10 books and reviewed them for fellow authors on my blog. I met my reading goal of 90 books and more on Goodreads.

In March I published my twenty-third children’s book, Family and Friends: Tales for Children. These are short stories that carry valuable life lessons for children Ages 5-8. Illustrations and cover by my husband, John Spina.

JemsBooks now have 49 published books available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

In May JemsBooks children’s book Family and Friends: Tales for Children won a Silver Medal from Mom’s Choice Awards.

On July 25th I published the fourth book in my fantasy series, Return of the Dragons: Gateskin Chronicles Book 4. LET THE ADVENTURES CONTINUE.

This series has won five book awards – three Gold Medals from Mom’s Choice Awards, one Maincrest Media Book Award and one Book Excellence Award and also, a five star review from Readers’ Favorite Book Awards.

This series will have six books in all. Books 5 & 6 will come in 2026 or beyond.

All my novels and fantasy series are now in Ebook, paperback and audiobook formats.

On September 18th, I published Wishes: A Short Story Collection. JemsBooks now has 50 books!

This is the second short story collection I have written. Each of these stories imparts a theme related to wishes. They have underlying messages about life, peace, safety from harm, sacrifice, kindness and blessings.

In November I received a GOLD MEDAL from MOM’S CHOICE AWARDS for Gateskin Chronicles Book 4: Return of the Dragons.

In December I received a SILVER MEDAL FROM MOM’S CHOICE AWARDS for Wishes: A Short Story Collection.
