I have been a proponent of reading all my life even before I knew that it was good for me. I liked the way it made me feel – calm, centered, and happy. How does reading feel to you? To your children?

When I discovered my love of reading, I felt complete and never needed any other distractions when I was into a book. I still feel that way, maybe more so.

I hear many people say that they are bored and don’t know what to do with themselves. I ask them if they like to read. Some say yes while others say I am too busy to pick up a book. I feel confused when I hear that especially since they say they are bored. Even picking up a book for a little while each day will make a difference in your mental and physical health.

Without a book to read I would be lost for sure. I have many books waiting on my Kindle for me to pick up and enjoy. I manage to read more than ever since I retired many years ago. I love every minute of it. That is the reason why I write in so many genres to entice and entertain all ages. I want to encourage everyone to read so that all peoples will be able to reap the amazing benefits of reading.

Here are my books in promos by BMGN (Book Marketing Global Network)

BMGN PROMO with 46 of my books

All my children’s books carry valuable life lessons and important family values that encourage your young ones to be kind, caring, respectful to elders and each other, be kind to animals and many other lessons that parents want their children to learn early.

I hope you and your children are reading daily even if it is only at bedtime or in between your busy lives. I know how difficult it is at times raising a family, working and all the daily duties we have to complete to find a little extra time to do anything else.

Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you will get to check out some interesting reading to benefit your health and well being. Reviewing books is a good idea too especially if you love a particular book you or your children have read. Thank you for your continued support of my blog and books. I love to hear from readers and welcome and appreciate your reviews.

I agree, reading is the best medicine. It has always been my favourite thing to do, even when I was horribly busy; working keeping a home, raising children etc. I always made sure I took some time to read.

Reading is especially important for seniors. Keeps the mind active.
