Family and Friends: Tales for Children by Janice Spina is a collection of heartfelt stories that parents and children will want to read over and over again. With beautiful illustrations and lovely poetry it conjures up images of family and fun and growing up perfectly. There are also important messages about love and kindness that children of all ages need to hear. This book would be a great addition to your family’s library

It’s always nice to see a new review. I hope if you haven’t checked out this book yet, that you will soon for your children to enjoy. There are stories about animals, family and friends, and a bully.

The cover was created by my husband, John, who also did all the illustrations for each story. All stories are stand-alone. One story about a mouse carries a continuing cadence that will have children laughing as they repeat it along with the reader. I laughed as I created the story.

I enjoy adding some levity to my stories for all ages to enjoy. We all need to laugh a little every day. I hope you and your children will enjoy these stories and laugh and have a good time reading them over and over again.

Please check out all my children’s book in rhyme with important life lessons and good family values. It is never too soon for children to learn them.
