In between my writing I have been cooking up a storm. This makes my husband happy! When I am deep into a WIP he takes over the cooking. I am working on a children’s book but still managed to stop and cook when it was dinner time. I can’t promise that will happen once I get into my fantasy series. Then I will be in too deep to stop for long.



This week I prepared escarole soup, chili, chicken pot pie, and tomorrow I will make scallops scampi using my shrimp scampi recipe. All these recipes are on my Recipes from Janice’s Kitchen Corner. Next week I may take a break after I prepare beef stew and a custard pie that I promised him I would make.



John’s specialities are sauce and meatballs, chicken cutlets, eggplant casserole, linguine and clam sauce and homemade pizza. All are delicious!
