Book Review For MISSION OF HOPE (Branyrd the Angel Series Book 4) by J.E. SPINA

5 Stars: Hope Is The expectation and Desire For What Comes Next!

When I started reading ‘Branyrd The Angel’ Series, I had no idea it would capture my heart in the way that it has. I invite you to purchase this series if you haven’t already, read ‘Mission of Hope’ as each book in this series stands alone. I encourage you to give this series as a gift to someone who needs hope.

In book one (The Misunderstood Angel), we learned Branyrd is a different kind of angel. She has earned Angel First Class and is given missions to travel to Earth to help humans in trouble. In this book Branyrd was assigned to help a battered woman and her child.

In book two (Mission of Mercy), Branyrd begins a second assignment to earth, accompanied by her Guardian Angel Benedicto, Angel First Class on High, who guides and advises her. The mission assignment is to help a homeless vet named Lucas, who suffers from PTSD, and his young son, Ezra.

In book three (Mission of Love), Branyrd is sent to earth while bombs are falling on a small island. This will be her biggest challenge yet. This story will tug at your heartstrings, given the wars going on in our world today. You will see the desperate circumstances, hear the cries for help and read the prayers ascending to heaven. You will see the love and compassion of Branyrd Angel First Class. You will not want to miss the Lord’s reaction to Branyrd when she returns to heaven after completing her earthly mission.

Now in book four (Mission of Hope), First Class Angel Branyrd with Benedicto (Guardian Angel on High) are sent to earth on a multi-layered mission, as the earth erupts in unrest, criminal factions and wars that threaten all of humanity. Even repentant fallen angels are given assignments in hopes of gaining entry back into heaven. You will see that many events in ‘Mission of Hope, mirror current events. That is the genius of Author J. E. Spina. She writes with compelling details and weaves comedy into the story line to lighten the reader’s load. If Author J. E. Spina can’t become a superhero herself and solve the world’s crushing injustices, she can send in a fictional Angel with God’s blessing to heal our people, unite our leaders, bring peace and restoration to our world.

The author states “things in this book that cannot be explained to younger children, making this suitable for ages 15+.” The author dedicates this series “to all who believe in Angels around us.” I am counting the days until this unforgettable Angel, with golden wings, is given her next earthly mission.

Janice Spina, who also writes under the name J. E. Spina, has 47 published books. Her ‘Jems Books’ include 22 children’s stories for young children, two mystery series for middle-graders and preteens. She has written a fantasy series with more to come for YA. Janice has published nine novels and a short story collection for 18+.
