2024 is flying by – almost time for new goals for 2025!

I can’t believe how fast this year – 2024 has flown by! The older I get, time seems to move faster. Do you feel that way? It felt like just yesterday when I made my goals for 2024. I have been thinking about 2025 and what I plan to do.

I have a tendency to give myself difficult goals to reach. In the coming year 2025 I plan to be more practical. I am not getting any younger and can’t do as much as I once did. It’s sad because I became a published author late in my life after I retired at age 65. I now have 46 books with one more almost completed and another one in the works. I once said that I would have 50 books before I leave this world. I hope God will allow me some extra time to complete this goal before He calls me home. 🙏

There is so much more to accomplish and I need more time to do all that I want to complete. I have several books in my mind that I want to write – one series for MG/PT, a series for 18+ and more children’s books, maybe even another short story collection. There is always something spinning around in my overcrowded head.

I can’t imagine doing anything else with my time other than writing. Writing lifts my spirits, lessens my load (problems) and brightens my day each time I write. I feel positive and happy. Does writing do that for you too? What lightens your negative thoughts? What do you love to do?

Soon I will announce what I plan or hope to accomplish in 2025. Watch for these goals next month and how well I did in 2024. There is still time in 2024 to complete a goal or two. I am fortunate to have a husband who supports me and cooks many nights so that I can continue to write. God bless him!

Tomorrow I hope to complete another editing of my WIP and get into another story while my beta readers look over my story. I don’t like to sit without doing something. Sigh!

I hope you will keep looking over my books while you wait for the next one. I look forward to hearing from readers and love reviews. Thank you so much for your kind and continued support of my blog and books. I couldn’t do any of this without you.

Thank you for stopping by to read this post and for your readership. Come back again soon!

Blessings & Hugs! Stay Safe, Stay Well and God Bless!
