Editing is coming along of Branyrd the Angel Book 4!

I finished another editing of my WIP plus I added an epilogue which I thought it needed to close things up a bit. Branyrd wanted to keep going with the story. I thought she would never stop pushing me to continue. My husband called me to take a break and have something to eat. That gave me a reason to close things down until tomorrow.

Here is the new cover created by my husband, John, in case you missed it in a previous post. It is a photo I took of the sky one night. It was so incredible I had to save it to use for a book cover.

If you haven’t read this series yet, please begin with book 1 to get into the character and see how she begins her transformation and matures a little more in each book. She was such a fun character to share her story with me. Her cohort, Benedicto, Guardian Angel on High, adds some much needed humor to lighten up the tense scenes. I found myself chuckling with their comedic repartee. I hope you will enjoy this series as much as I enjoyed writing it.

This may be the last in the series as of this moment unless Branyrd summons me and wants to share another story or two. Time will tell. In the meantime I will be reviewing it a couple more times and then it will be in the hands of my marvelous beta readers.

Of course, while I am waiting for their notes on my book, I will begin the fourth book in my fantasy series, Gateskin Chronicles. It is always exciting to begin another book and get into the characters of a series who have become friends, in a way.

There are more ideas in the wings for other series with new characters that are nagging me to let them tell their stories. I will get into them in a year or so after I complete the last book in the fantasy series. Since this series is an epic series it does take me longer to complete each book – 3-4 months each instead of a couple of months for shorter stories.

My husband is working occasionally on illustrations for my children’s book. He promises to have it finished by December after I add more to the story. I will do that in between things soon.

Thank you so much for stopping by to read this post and for your continued support. I hope you will check out all my books while you wait for the newest one to be completed. There is something always brewing at Jemsbooks. Happy Reading!
