This is the last book in this series for children ages 5-8. It has six stories about animals that will delight your children and hold their interest as they learn about these animals and important life lessons that will please parents.

The Bedtime Stories series is here once again with six more fun and entertaining stories for children ages 5-8. In this book children will read about a dragonfly, a goat, a candle, a chicken and a rooster, a boy and a pelican and a fish, and a starfish.

Each story carries important life lessons such as helping others in need, being kind to others, it’s okay to be different, family matters more than riches or being famous, friends are important, and be the best you can be.

I enjoyed writing this series and felt sad to see it end but will possibly write another series one day with short stories. Children love this series because it makes them feel as if they are grownup having their first chapter book.

Please consider giving books to all the children on your list for all occasions. There is nothing better than to see a child’s eyes light up when you give him/her a book – even more so when you read the book to them. You are giving them so much more than you could ever imagine, e.g., you spark their imagination, heighten their creativity, lift their spirits, increase their vocabulary, open up a whole new world to them, enhance their health and wellbeing and encourage them to love reading. The gift of a book is worth more than gold to our children, grandchildren. Keep reading and gifting books to children. Let’s bring up a generation of readers and thinkers.
