This is the third children’s book that I am showcasing here for your children. Jerry the Crabby Crayfish is a story about a pet crayfish that we once had in a fish tank in our home. He was quite the character and provided hours of entertainment for us and our grandchildren. He really was brilliant blue and beautiful! The cover was created by my husband from a photo of Jerry in action. I think he knew we were taking his photo and posed showing off his beautiful blue claws.

When I wrote this book I wanted to keep the memory of Jerry alive for all to see and read. He was a usual crustacean and we can no longer obtain any more like him. We have tried to find another one and did purchase a little red one that didn’t live very long. It was much smaller than Jerry and not as healthy or active. Pet stores are no longer allowed to carry them.
