I know the song title is not the same but this is how I feel. Rainy days never get me down! I think of all the projects I could complete and have any excuses not to do them, There isn’t too much you can do outside on a day like today but there is plenty to do inside. Of course, my mind goes straight to my WIP first before anything else. Ha!
There are closets to sort, cleaning to be done and sewing sitting there waiting for me but all I want to do on a rainy day is create more stories or continue with the story I have in progress. What do you do on a rainy day?
Before I go further I want to wish all those in the path of Hurricane Idalia safe evacuations to higher areas. God bless them all. I will keep them in my prayers. I have some friends down there who I am praying for already.
As usual I snapped some photos of the rain which is coming down now in sheets, not as bad as in Florida, thank goodness.
Well, I better get to some exercise, then maybe a little cleaning of one closet and back to my WIP! I hope you are having a good day, wet or dry. May you stay safe wherever you live.

Janice, you remind me that I need to get at our closet. Lots of clothes to sort through. And the house needs a good vacuuming. But somehow I end up at my computer on a rainy day or sit in a chair with a good book!
