In 2016 I had set high goals for myself in writing, publishing and reviewing. I didn’t quite meet my goals but am pleased with what I accomplished.
Writing and Publishing
My goal for 2016 was to write and publish five books.
My actual accomplishment was four books (above books).
My goal for 2017 is to write and publish five books – two children’s books, a book of short stories, a girl’s mystery series book 1, and book 2 of Hunting Mariah. I plan to edit a YA fantasy book 1 in a series.
Reading and Reviewing
In 2016 I set a goal to read and review 125 books on Goodreads.
The actual total of books I read and reviewed was 122 as listed on Goodreads but I did read three more books that were not listed on Goodreads therefore I did read and review 125 books!
My goal for 2017 is to read and review 110 books.
My main goal since I began publishing my books in 2013 has been to encourage children of all ages to read. I will continue to write stories for all ages that will engage children and make reading fun.
