A time to be close to family and friends

A time to cook up a special dinner

And bake cookies, cakes an pies

You will surely have a winner

And with each bite you will hear a collection of sighs.

A time to see the essence of Christmas in our children’s eyes

When they open up their presents on Christmas Eve.

We can delight in their joyous surprise.

How can you not in Santa truly believe?!

It’s a time to be thankful for all God has given you

Your children understanding the meaning of Christmas so true

And to be in America, the land of freedom and opportunity too.
