HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
If you look in the windows of stores everywhere
You will see all kinds of signs that Halloween is near.
There are ghosts, goblins and pumpkins galore.
And cobwebs and spiders and much more.
There are costumes for princesses so fair,
Or monsters that will instill a little bit of fear.
There will be tons of candies to choose from
To fill all the children’s bags to your houses they will come.
Halloween is a magical and mysterious time.
As I relate all this through this holiday rhyme.
But parents and children please beware.
Check over all the candy and give your children their fair share.
Children please remember to be polite and have fun out there.
Thank you for stopping by. Hope you all stay safe during his Halloween time and have fun.
Thought for the day: Be kind to children not only on Halloween but every day.

REMEMBER: READING GIVES YOU WINGS TO FLY!
Check out adorable children’s books at Jemsbooks.com. Louey the Lazy Elephant and Ricky the Rambunctious Raccoon are both on Amazon, Kindle, CreateSpace and B&N.
Give your children a book instead of candy for Halloween. It will last a lot longer than candy and won’t cause cavities only laughs and giggles of delight!

very cute post, Janice. We’ll be thinking of you at Halloween, as always.
Thank you Deanie. Every year I am away on Halloween so I thought I would do a last post before I leave.
